The Museum will be re-opening on Wednesday, June 17th.
The American Saddlebred Museum is pleased to announce its re-opening on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. After this time, the Museum will be open Wednesday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission fees will be: Museum members, free; Adults, $12; Child, $6; Senior, $10; Military with ID, $6. Admission includes entrance to the Kentucky Horse Park.
In anticipation of re-opening, Museum staff have implemented extra precautionary measures to disinfect our spaces throughout the day. We are increasing the cleaning frequency of high-touch and high-traffic areas such as entry areas. We have installed plexi-glass shields at our front desk. We are providing additional hand sanitizers in strategic locations throughout the building. We encourage all staff, volunteers, and guests to make use of these resources. All staff will wear masks, and we encourage all guests to do so as well. Masks will be available upon request. Additionally, we are encouraging social distancing and maintaining a safe 6-foot distance between guests and staff.
Although we would love to see you when we are open, if you are sick or feeling unwell, we urge you to stay home and avoid close contact with others, as recommended by the CDC.

To our Museum Friends:
The American Saddlebred Museum is a place where people love to celebrate the history and traditions of our beautiful athletic horses.
The Museum will remain closed until the KY Governor lifts the Executive Order issued on March 25, 2020 to close all non-life sustaining businesses.
The Museum's online gift shop will operate under our current normal practices. Feel free to visit our website for your online shopping needs. Our administrative offices will operate remotely, however the general office functions should be uninterrupted by these changes.
Thank you for your continued support as we try to help keep our community safe and healthy. We will continue to monitor the evolving circumstances and send updates as we have additional information to share. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
We look forward to when we'll be able to welcome you back to the Museum.
Wishing everyone good health,
Keith Kurz, President, Board of Trustees
Jennifer Foster, Executive Director
