Original Oil on Canvas. Signed and Dated 1933. 16ÔÇØ T x 20ÔÇØ W. This magnificent oil portrays an important early Saddlebred stallion in all his glory. PeavineÔÇÖs Highland Chief (Red Rex x Mary Addy by King OÔÇÖThe May) was said to have had more winners in the 1933 show rings than any other sire of his age. He was owned by and stood at Sterling P.
