Prices below are for UPS ground shipment. If you require expedited shipping, please request it in the Comments box at the bottom of the checkout page.
Typically, orders from the American Saddlebred Museum will ship the same day or the next day. Days are business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed during the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on major holidays.
We will confirm your order by email. If any items are on backorder or are unable to ship with the initial package, the full shipping amount is charged with the first package. Additional packages will be shipped at no charge.
All orders from the Gift Shop will be shipped UPS Ground unless notified of the following exceptions:
- The customer requests expedited shipping and covers the additional cost.
- The customer requests shipping through the United States Postal Service for small, lightweight items. Note – tracking not available on shipments through USPS.
- The item is being drop shipped directly from one of our suppliers.
All orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day due to UPS pick up schedules.
The charges for shipping are estimates. Many factors affect the cost of shipping including but not limited to: cost of packing items and shipping supplies, weight and size of shipment and final location. If the cost of shipping exceeds the shipping estimate, the customer will be notified and charged for the difference.
Some oversized or special delivery items may be subject to additional shipping charges. These items will have a note listed on their page.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Most items can be shipped internationally. Any package with a destination outside of the US will be sent USPS without tracking unless requested.
Important note: Shipments outside of the United States may also be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges that are the responsibility of the recipient due upon delivery. If this is a gift, you may want to notify the recipient of the potential charges. We cannot estimate or charge for these tariffs, duties or other non-routine customs brokerage charges.
If your package or its contents are damaged, please notify the Gift Shop who will handle the claim for you. Please keep merchandise and packing materials until the claim is processed.
